Booking Policies 

CTM require a deposit to reserve all appointments, which can be paid via Cashapp, Venmo or Zelle unless the appointment is prepaid in advance on the website. All deposit are no refundable and prepayment are non refundable.

Cancellation & "No Show" Policy

A 48-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation is appreciated. This allows me to book clients that are on the wait list. CTMassage reserves the right to hold the deposit or the full treatment cost for cancellations. This includes appointments that are scheduled same day. 

Saturday Appointments: CTM require Saturday appointments to be prepaid in full at time of scheduling. 

Booking Manual Lymphatic Drainage:

All Manual Lymphatic Drainage massages must be prepaid in full at time of booking. This is non-refundable. If you cancel a prepaid lymphatic drainage appointment you will receive a credit in the form of gift certificate that you can use for a future appointment. 

Couples Massages

CTMrequire a 50% non-refundable deposit for all couples massages or when booking multiple appointments at once. If you need to reschedule and I require 1 weeks notice and your deposit will convert to a credit that you can use at a future appointment.

​Late Arrivals

As a courtesy to all of our clients, appointment times are prompt, and it is our goal to remain on time. Arriving late will result in a shortened appointment time if beyond the 15min grace period and clients will be responsible for full service fees. Please call CTM if you know you will be running late.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Refund Policy 

CTM does not offer refunds. Pre-paid appointments/packages will be issued a credit or gift card in the full amount to be used for any future appointments.
